Best mic I have purchased in while. Very user friendly software and easy to setup over all.

This is hands down a really good mic for beginners and enthusiasts on who want a high end-mid range mic. The reason why this mic is flexible with its audio is because the Solocast or Hypercast which are also pretty good mics do not offer any software support directly from their end and the Wave 3 has Elgato software directly built in so you could directly just plug and play with your stream or even any calls. This also has a really good pickup pattern, when I was using it it could hear with all the 'warmth' and clarity in my voice from a decent distance away unlike other mics I have tried. I loved that the connectivity on the wave 3 is a direct USB-C port and it also has a direct monitoring 3.5mm jack which provides crystal clear audio with no delay if you need monitoring. The whole mic is made of metal and is very sturdy and suppresses those weird low frequencies picked up from your computer fans or background noise. This mic however doesn't have noise cancelling i.e. picking up echo or loud noises from outside your window or door. Overall its a really good mic and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for good mics at this price range.

The audio quality for recording, streaming, video calls over skype and discord are amazing. there is noise cancelling available via software but no build in noise cancelling. With that being said. you don't need the software to run this microphone. This can function really well even as a simple plug and play device. Has a really nice mute button, gain control on the microphone is a feature that all mic manufacturers should look into and implement. Overall my experience with this mic is excellent. I mean for 15k it better be excellent.

This Elgato Wave 3 is honestly a beast for the price. Perfect for streaming, recording, or literally any content creation setup. The sound is super clean, and the Wave Link software makes it so easy to tweak things just the way you like. Plus, the build feels premium and solid. Totally worth it if you want to level up your audio game. Easily a 9/10.

Honest review: The quality is good but Why 4 star is, already I have AKG LYRA it's just 7500 rupees but both Elgato wave 3 and AKG LYRA both are 99% same quality ... But Elgato wave 3 is 15000/- rupees it's double the cost comparing akg lyra ... The quality is almost superb similar to akg lyra so I felt the cost is very high for the same quality ... So I have provided 4 stars only. The Elgato company provides many software support I think it's not necessary for all. Who are all starter on YouTube or just voice recording this must costly mic is not necessary it's my personal opinion because akg lyra also provides same quality. If you have much money if you love design, go for Elgato wave 3 otherwise go to akg lyra you can save half the money. Thank you.

Elgato Wave 3 è un microfono compatto e funzionale. La voce si sente in maniera chiara e pulita, è un microfono a condensatore di tipo cardioide, con gestione audio fino alla massima risoluzione di 24 bit a 96 kHz. Garantisce il monitoraggio della vostra voce in tempo reale tramite connessione con jack da 3.5 mm, integra un filtro anti-pop, tecnologia anti-clip e presenta un filtro che elimina le frequenze più basse. E' inoltre dotato di un software gratuito (scaricabile dal sito del produttore) che permette di interagire con un mixer su schermo, in grado di farci impostare diverse funzioni. Parliamo però di un programma non molto intuitivo, che richiederà diverso tempo prima di poterlo sfruttare come si deve. Il microfono si presenta con una base di metallo molto solida, una piccola asticella e il corpo del microfono che permette di regolarne l’angolazione. Ha una singola manopola in grado di gestire il volume del dispositivo e il volume che sentirete nelle cuffie. Inoltre, sulla parte superiore del microfono è presente un pulsante touch in grado di mutare il dispositivo velocemente. Anche se parliamo di un microfono USB, che quindi è pronto all'uso non appena collegato al PC, Elgato Wave 3 è in grado di eliminare in parte i suoi esterni, permettendo meno disturbi in fase di cattura della voce. Ovviamente non è una soppressione del rumore paragonabile a quella di un microfono XLR, ma rispetto ad altri prodotti e con l'aiuto del software è possibile ottenere buoni risultati. Uno dei difetti maggiori è la dimensione, consiglio di utilizzarlo con un'asta per averlo vicino alla bocca e con il suo Shock Mount (venduti a parte). Il prezzo non lo rende accessibile a tutti, ma la qualità del prodotto potrebbe valere la pena di investire su qualcosa di così performante.

Best economical mic on the market at the moment from a company that actually considers it's buyer-base. Extremely easy to set up (plug and play), good quality and appealing aesthetic. Good sound. You don't need the accessory products for basic chatting or gaming, however they're very useful and proper for a budget streaming, video, voiceover or podcast setup. It's also fairly small so it fits quite nicely in various setups.

Es ist verhältnismäßig günstig, sehr vielseitig und extrem komfortabel einzurichten – selbst wenn man wenig bis keine Erfahrung mit Audio hat. Ein großer Vorteil ist die Elgato Wave Link App. Damit lässt sich das Mikrofon schon sauber einstellen, bevor das Signal überhaupt in OBS ankommt. Du kannst dort ganz einfach Effekte wie Kompressor oder Limiter hinzufügen und alles individuell anpassen – oder bequem mit Presets arbeiten, wenn man es noch einfacher haben möchte. Die Bedienung ist dabei so gestaltet, dass wirklich Einsteiger gut zurechtkommen. Besonders stark ist das Mikrofon im Dual-Streaming (2-PC-Setup). Normalerweise hast du hier das Problem, dass über eine Capture Card alles in einer Audiospur landet und die Lautstärkeverhältnisse schwer sauber einzustellen sind. Genau hier hilft die Wave Link Software enorm: Du kannst einzelne Audioquellen wie Game, Browser oder Discord separat steuern und bestimmen, wie laut sie für dich und für den Stream sein sollen. Danach schickst du alles perfekt gemischt an deine Capture Card und nutzt es direkt in OBS. Abseits von teureren Setups mit XLR-Mikrofonen und physischen Audio-Interfaces gibt es zwar noch die Möglichkeit, das Mikrofon direkt am Streaming-PC zu betreiben und dort in OBS zu mischen. Das funktioniert grundsätzlich auch, hat aber den Nachteil, dass der Streaming-PC immer laufen muss, sobald du dein Mikrofon nutzen willst – selbst wenn du nur entspannt offline spielst. Das ist im Alltag deutlich unflexibler. Wichtig ist aber: Das Wave 3 ersetzt kein High-End-XLR-Setup und kommt nicht an professionelle Studio-Lösungen heran. Dafür ist es auch nicht gedacht. Es ist vielmehr eine sehr starke, einfache und günstige Einstiegslösung, die extrem viel abdeckt und den Einstieg ins Streaming deutlich erleichtert. Ich nutze das Mikrofon jetzt seit über anderthalb Jahren ohne Probleme, ohne Aussetzer und mit konstant guter Qualität.
