Missing screws
I have two greenlee crimpers, I use them once in a while, but yesterday I was going to use one of them and I noticed the screws that holds in place the dues were missing. My other crimper has only one crews on, so I missed one out of two.I don’t know the reason the get loose but shouldn’t happen because this is a very expensive tool.I need to get those screws or a different type to hold the dies in both tools I have. Will you please send me a better screws ?

Good Product
Of course I don't like the price…cheap college student…but it is a well made product. The only other downside it the price of the dies. I have the RJ-45 dies, a set of 12 ga.-22 ga. uninsulated crimping dies and a set of RG-58/RG-6 coaxial crimpers.

Fabulous
Love it! I don't know much about the Paladin line of tools but this fit the bill. The ratcheting feature helps make sure it is a definite crimp and the die fits well in the guides and locks in firmly.

I use this work all the time, The dies swap out easily and works as well or better than more expensive crimpers.

Good quality crimper
Getting into the automotive field, I needed a good crimper to do wire repairs. I decided on a ratcheting type one because it will do better crimps than the regular pliers type ones. Also the crimping dies are removable, so , depending on the dies you own, you can use one tool to crimp almost anything.I chose Paladin's 1300 because it stood out from the rest.If you look at many comparable crimpers by competitors(Greenlee, Ideal, and Klein), they look identical to each other except for the color of the hand grips and brand names. I like that Paladin decided to make their own instead of just slapping their name on a generic tool.So far, this crimper has worked flawlessly, making excellent crimps. The thumb screws for securing the dies are also a nice touch. My 1300 was made in Taiwan, in case you are interested.
