TECH-Naissance SUV Bumperguard Charcoal/Black Rear Bumper Protector

Grabbed this on Amazon and it arrived well before expected date. Upon arrival it looked fine on my 2015 Rogue, but I noticed that the foam bumper looked a little curved, away from the car. I contacted Technaissance and asked if this could be repaired as I've seen it on other vehicles contoured to the bumper rather than away. Instead, on the same day I submitted my issue, they contacted me and told me that they would send a replacement instead, free of charge. Two days later, I now have a new contoured bumper guard that looks like it wraps my bumper and it looks great! Thanks Technaissance for the great product and even greater customer service!

I bought the SUV Bumperguard for my sedan because I wanted greater side to side protection. It covers almost the entire width of my bumper and I couldn't be happier. Drivers in San Francisco tend to not have any respect for other people's property when parking and have no qualms about banging back and forth to get into a parking spot. I didn't want to have a car that I take pride in and then have it have a gouged, scratched, and all around jacked up back bumper. The SUV Bumperguard eases my mind. The only thing I would change would be to have it be more secure. As it is installed, it can be stolen by simply removing the top license plate screws. The thief may not be able to use it due to the lock, but that would be little comfort for me with not only the Bumperguard gone, but so too would be my license plate. I still consider the protection worth the risk and put it on faithfully.

GREAT bumper protection. Easy to install and easy to take off when if necessary. In a few instances I've part in tight areas where a vehicle was parked too close to me from behind. Luckily this bumper guard has allowed me to back out of a parking space with no damage. Its literally like a soft cushion for your vehicle. Also stays on VERY well when driving on highways, short trips and bumpy roads. Looks good on my vehicle.Minor gripe: Wish it was alittle darker in color, otherwise. 5 stars.

I have to say , the customer service of the representatives of this company is absolutely outstanding. The team was very helpful and understanding of my situation and I encourage anyone buying this amazing product to reach out if they have any questions. When I received this product it was upgraded to its upmost material and design to truly protect the bumper of the car. Great product. I started using the bumper right after I moved to the big city. I started seeing marks on the bumper protector within a few days.Great customer service. Strong winds broke the connector. I contacted the owner and she called me the next day. She shipped me a new product on warranty. Fast service. Thanks!

I got a new car a few months ago and was very concerned about my bumper getting scratched (I live in downtown San Francisco and street parking kills your bumper). The handy gadget has done the job of keeping my bumper looking brand new. It's a bit bulky, but it's very light weight and stores easily in the back of my car.

I had this for a mere 6 months before it just broke off WHILE DRIVING. I was very gentle with this the entire time I used it. I contacted customer service and they said they were willing to refund the shipping cost when I PURCHASE a replacement. They should have either refunded me or sent a free replacement. Why would I buy this product again? When I wrote them back they never responded so I will be going directly to the Better Business Bureau. This was on my 2017 Toyota Rav 4.

This is a piece of garbage. You need 5-6 strips to cover a bumper. The description was not well scripted.
