Screen cracked. Home button fell off, couldn't remove the adhesive plastic. Just bad i considered giving this product a chance but just confirmed it is bad

The digitizer slightly did not fit the display by a 1-1/2 of a cm. The adhesive did not adhere to the frame even after all previous glass and original adhesive was removed. The new Touch ID button did not function at all.

You get what you pay for but does work on iPad 8

When I first installed the digitizer, the display was going crazy, so I took it off and checked all the connections. I re-installed it and had the same issue. The problem was not the screen but the pre-installed home button. It just didn't work. I had to remove the home button and replace it with the one from the broken screen. After doing that, it worked. Disappointed in the product I received but glad I was able to piece part the broken one to get it functional (even though I should not have had to do that).
