Very will made and necessary for a proper set up
I learned to setup my guitars watching MusicNomad videos and using their products. I am so glad I took the time because now I don't wait for my guitar to be set up nor do I pay. I love setting up my guitar now!. These radius gauges are not used too often but are essential to a well set up guitar. I use all MusicNomad products now.

Amazing, simple.
I am so thankful for all of the Nomad setup tools. They take all of the guesswork out of the equation. You don't need setup tools at all. But, it's much easier to be working with a consistent reference point if you are truly looking to IMPROVE your experience.I use this tool at the bridge, as intended, but use a small light behind the gauge to visualize slivers of light appearing between the gauge and strings. There is a black paper "spacer" in the kit that I place underneath the strings near the bridge to prevent this light from splashing.

Works well, better than alternatives
These work well for what they do and aren't unreasonably expensive. Haven't compared them to anything else yet for accuracy. The dark surface makes it easier to see light coming through gaps between the fretboard and the gauge than other lighter colored/stainless alternatives. Thinking about darkening my understring radius gauges to match.

Good gauges
About every fretboard radius in one pack. They seem pretty accurate. They are thin but not too flimsy so as long as they dont have anything heavy fall on them they should last without getting bent up.

Nice kit for quick radius check
I been using these to check all of my guitars neck radius. I use them when reshaping or sanding the fretboard and are really accurate. I found out the 12" radius sanding block I got was actually molded as a 20" radius! just by using this gauge set I was able to find out that I had a defective or a mislabeled radius block so it saved me alot of trouble in the long run!Getting there Nut file set is the next purchase as i been really happy with music nomad over the years and have warmed up to this company as of late!
