Just when everyone else gets an easing of mask restrictions I am undergoing treatment where my immune system is lowered and I have to continue to wear a mask. I make my own masks and also give them away (over 1,000 to date) but rather than add another layer to the sewn mask I decided to buy a carbon filter. I love these because no pocket is needed in the mask and they cover a much larger area than the regular filters. I thought I would have to secure it with tape but it stays in place without any tape. I have worn them for two days now and find that I can actually breath a little better without the cotton mask up against my face and the fogging of my glasses is reduced. definitely would recommentd.

These are the best filters to have in your cloth masks for sure.They help pull away the cloth from your nose and mouth. Also it helps alot to cut out the fog while wearing glasses.Con. The wings are a little long on the one I bought, but it's workable and covers completely.

They work perfectly. Fists all the masks I have. You can breathe easy. No word smell. The description is miss leading. The filters do not have tape on them to stick to a mask.

Ordered these to use until we could find some N95s, but they smelt like smoke. My kids would not wear them and I have a feeling they are counterfeit (the packaging was suspicious). I wanted so much to like these they covered the whole area for the mask insert in our cloth masks.

I bought this item because I have a homemade mask and wanted more protection and peace of mind in these troubling times.To be honest I was also worried about something being cheaply made . But I am so happy that I bought this item. They are put together nicely and it is what was in the listing. Five full layers of filtering power.If you are near the forest fires, smog from the city or just trying to make it around town this is for you.I only bought one on my first order I will be going back and getting more for my whole family.

The quality of the paper is so tough that it touches the face, so it rubs the skin when speaking and is harsh on delicate women's skin. , The mask is curved by applying pressure with a machine, so that part is sharp like a knife. Very uncomfortable. It's bigger than I expected, so it sticks out of the mask. About 3 hours after starting to use, the fibers of the paper peel off and enter the nose. This is the most unpleasant。

This filter fits perfectly into the cloth masks, and provides full face coverage. There was no weird smell either. The filters are marked with PM2.5, I'm trusting that it's really PM2.5 as printed and filters as it should.

I feel like I have better coverage than with the smaller flat masks. Problem is that there doesn't appear to be a standard layout for all these different masks. This seems to work as well as anything else I've found. It's better with the masks that you feed the filter in from the sides, than the ones you drop down from the top. For what it's worth.
