Life changing but be careful
This device is life changing and for the price it’s a no brainer. I’ve struggled with wax buildup my whole life and doctors have always refused to syringe or clear out my ears as it was deemed unnecessary.Setting up this device was simple (download app, select device, join wifi and begin).Using the ear cleaner was simple and very effective. It took some time but I cleared each ear out completely and safely. The spoon end is just long enough to reach the entire depth of the ear. It is also just about long enough to touch the eardrum (I avoided this) and so you must clean with cation. A hard piece of wax was actually pressed against my eardrum and this device allowed me to carefully and slowly remove it.There are clear spoons which are more rigid and good for breaking up hardened wax and softer spoons for scooping softened wax. These were held in place by a screw cap and so there was no concern that they would loosen in the ear.The device lasts around 1 hr on full charge. Please note that the device, app and branding in reality do differ from the images slightly but this was not a problem. For the first time in years I have clear ears and it feels amazing. And it’s all thanks to this device.

Well made and works well with care
The device needs an app to be dowmloaded but I was unable to do this on my macbook or ipad. However as soon as I tried my wifes iphone it worked instantly and was quickly in use. My hearing is now restored but obviously use with care. My second review of this product indicated that it did not always work, however I have found it best to turn off the hub and always ensure that the endoscope has not switched to a neighbours .

So useful
I use this product every week to keep on top of ear care, it is so much better for you than using cotton buds. It's easy to clean and easy to use, there can be some pain when using this if you're not careful due to the ear canal being sensitive. The picture quality is good, however.. the app only supplies a circle view, not a full screen. This is the only thing that needs improvement. If you're looking at these reviews about this product, you should definitely buy this or a product similair!

It's nice to be able to see
started with ear problems after my 1st covid jab, following cold symptoms - the cold went away, but i seemed to be having a reoccurrance of my adult glue ear. Like an idiot, i tried to relieve the irritation by using a cotton bud and ended up with compacted wax. Then i used a peroxide type spray which made things worse. In the end i was so desperate, i looked at the reviews and decided to part with the cash and get one of these "ear spoons".Well, it arrived, it got charged, i downloaded the bebird app, set it up in seconds and had a good old look inside my head. how gross but how very satisfying to know what was going on in there and to get some of the crud out of my ear. My ear canals were so swollen and sore that at first i had difficulty using the spoon even at the entrance to my ears, never mind probing any deeper. Over days, being able to see meant i didn't poke or scratch at my ear - every time the pressure built up, i got the ear spoon out, had a look and pulled some more wax out.A few weeks in and my ears were less sore, looking better, but i kept going in too far with the spoon and sometimes hurting myself. So i switched out the spoon for the "deep gouge" which isn't as scary as it sounds - being a clear plastic affair, it allowed me to see better without going in too far to the really sore interior. Then, tragedy! My camera stopped working! the device would still connect etc, but the video feed was Kaput. So i messaged the seller, explained the problem and they rushed a replacement out to me within 48hrs.By this time, now that the swelling had diminished, i could finally see that i seemed to have an ear infection nearer the eardrum and so went to the doc's for a professional opinion and she agreed, prescribing me drops to clear it up (common for people who had grommits fitted as kids, like me). She explained they have an ear spoon at the practice which they use for recording inner ears and explained i could have just taken a video and emailed it to her - a doh! moment, to say the least.oh and i've stopped using that peroxide based spray - it's olive oil only from here on in, now i can see what a mess such sprays cause in my ears.highly recommend this little device and the sellerUpdate: since i penned the review, i've gone on to buy a more plush model in the range, largely for the longer charge and natty little stand... best buy of the year for me, by far!

Great product but light stopped working
I used on an Android phone and worked very well. Clear picture. Takes a while to get used to manoeuvring in the ear. Unfortunately after about 7 months the light at the tip of the probe stopped working which means I am unable to use any more. With just a one month returns policy and no obvious warranty is a shame else I would have rated 5 stars overall. I am not sure if I was just unlucky or the light failing is a common problem.

Lifelong question solved
I usually love earwax removals; normally use a spook-like metal tip and never use a q tip.I always had a somewhat paranoid curiosity after cleaning my ear; whether there’s a big chunk of wax left in there uncleaned, a feeling there was some unfinished business...This product gives you a very clear picture of the insides of your ear right to the eardrum. My ear was cleaner than expected and i consider this as a reassuring tool that tells me when to leave my ear alone. For that totally worth the money. It’s very hard to see deep with the tips on because it restricts the angles and depth. Hence, it doesn’t help that much with the actual cleaning process(at least to me). I recommend having a look without the tips and then make some moves with the tips on.Big lumps actually turns out to be quite tiny when extracted. So might be best to let some be. It is very hard to extract those close to the eardrum and i have succeeded with some bits and pieces. But as I said, they are really really tiny despite them looking enormous on the screen. I had great fun with this little device and I think I’ll sleep soundly tonight.—-[follow up] l take back the part where i say it doesn’t help very much with the actual cleaning process—it does. Used it every once a week for over a year. My ear is now so clean there is not much to clean, which is a big shame😔
