Snell SA2020 DOT Certified Full Face Helmet

With the SA2025 coming out next year (but SA 2025 helmets not available until August or so) I was looking for a bargain price for a SA2020 helmet knowing it would have a 5 year lifespan. This fits the bill. It compares very favorably to two Bell SA helmets I have. Comfortable fit, good airflow. Also lower profile than my last Bell helmet so clearance to the roof of my C5 Corvette is very good. I found the sizing to be spot-on - unlike another buyer who thought they ran big. Very pleased with the quality of the build. If you are looking for a track day helmet, you can't go wrong here.

We’ll this here bash cap sure looks dandy and all, but how does it function as a brain bucket? We’ll testing so far has gone smoothly, it’s comfortable the chin strap is strapping, the padding is plush yet formidable and valid! Visor is clear and provides roughly 0% tint. It weighs less than a ton of bricks but more than a loaf of bread. The air vents work well and the helmet stays relatively cool and fog free. 10/10 for value style functionality. I have not crash tested this product yet so functional refers to how it works as a fancy looking hat!!
