I bought it as an extended storage for my PS4 but it doesn't so i returned it back and got refunded. I got the product new, but unfortunately it's not compatible with the PS4. NEVER BUY IT FOR PS4. I gave 2 stars since the device is working but not for the intend purpose. The HDD it self is pretty good and cheap. Can be used as a backup drive for your devices.

Ik ben heel tevreden over het product, doch na aankoop van het eerste product kan ik het niet meer extra bestellen, werd 20% duurder? Spijtig maar vreemd. Nog vreemder, maar na een week was de prijs terug en nu snel nog eentje extra besteld. Steeds eentje op reserve waarvoor dank. vandaar terug 5 sterren.

15 yılı aşkın neredeyse her markanın depolama ürünlerini kullandım. Mekanik diskler şans işi olduğu kadar hareketleri daha nazik ve bağlantılarını (açma/kapama işlemlerini) dikkatli yaptıkça kullanım sürelerine olumlu etki ediyor. Hdd kullanmaya başladıktan sonra bir sorun yaşamadım tabi çok yeni.. Ürünü özellikle alma nedenime gelirsek önünde usb hublar kaynaklıydı. Bu usb hublara 2,5"lik harici hdd(adaptörsüz), 3,5"lik harici hdd(adaptörlü), mouse receiver, cep telefon bağlantıları yaparak kullandım ve en ufak sorun yaşamadım. Özellikle bu harici hdd'ye hub yoluyla ikinci harici hdd bağlantısı yaptığımda okuma/yazma/kopyalama hızlarında sorun yaşarım diye düşünmüştüm ama beni kullanımı memnun etti. Kullandığı pc'de usb sıkışıklığı yaşayanlara tavsiye edebilirim. Ürünü kara cuma kampanyası ile 697ye aldım ve istanbula 2.günde teslim ettiler. İnternetteki diğer sitelerden de bu kampanya döneminde verdiğim siparişler en erken 1 hafta içinde teslim alabildim. Bu açıdan da amazona teşekkürler.

This is my 2nd Seagate Backup Plus; previous was a 4Gb version which is still going strong after 4 years. As a backup drive, I don't expect blistering speed, but managed to replicate nearly 5Tb overnight, which is quite acceptable to me. The new drive is whisper quiet, and I really like having the 2 extra USB ports, which means I can daisy-chain my drives and save the 5V rail on my computer's PSU. I haven't owned it for long enough to comment on longevity, but seeing as I also own 3 other portable drives (2Tb each) in addition to my 4Tb, all of which were bought in 2015-16 and are still running fine, I'm not expecting any trouble. And for the price I got it (£105), it's a steal. Update: A minor annoyance is that there's no "operations" light that tells you when the drive is reading or writing (as opposed to merely turned on). Otherwise, it's working fine and plenty fast enough for my use.
