Always buy lo salt for health reasons. I find it tastes same as normal salt .

This stuff works well as long as you don't need too much. In other words, it's fine on your chips but it's not fine at all for something like soup. Use on the table, not in the kitchen.

I've switched to this, not so much to reduce my sodium, but to increase potassium - otherwise lacking in my diet. Tastes just like normal salt, so no hardship to swap!

Tastes exactly the same as salt. Quite More expensive than just salt pound for pound, really it should be a much more attainable price for people’s health.
