This CUE touch screen is amazing and way better than the original oem. Works perfectly and looks brand new again. Pretty easy to install and fits perfectly I saved a ton of money compared to what the dealership wanted to charge. Definitely worth it.

Radio screen for Cadillac the quality is good the instructions are good not easy to use it will take at least 2 hours to get to take the dash and the radio apart and do the back of the radio there's a lot of screws but it's not hard to do I will definitely recommend it I give it an eight

It worked perfectly. The unit was returned and re-listed as very good. Other than the damage to the shipping box, the unit was in like new condition. Great value and a wonderful purchase.

Order this cause the screen on my cue system was busted and u couldn’t use it. I had my doubts about it cause it was so cheap. So far so good it works great and looks great. The install was not to hard but it does take time. Make sure to watch videos before u try it yourself.

Yes, this will fit the vehicles described if they are STOCK. Check the service records for your vehicle to see if the CUE module was previously replaced. If it was, check which model it was replaced with. Replacements made during sometime in 2017 and later use the 2018 model module which has various changes made to improve reliability. However, these newer modules are not compatible with this version of the screen replacement. For the newer module, you will need the 2018->2020 screen replacement. Many people got their screens fixed under warranty. The GM fix was to replace the entire CUE module rather than fix the screen to save them the trouble of the other old module issues cropping up later. As a result, your pre-2018 vehicle may actually have a CUE module made for a 2018 vehicle or newer. Unfortunately, the screens in these modules were the same flawed design originally put in the previous screens, so eventually the screen will spider-web again. The guides out there suggest this is a two hour job. If you have never done this before, you should allocate yourself at least 4 hours, this is not a straightforward repair and you will get confused; set aside an afternoon and evening to do this. However, if you put the time in and do it right you can save yourself some money. It's not that hard to do yourself, but if you aren't comfortable doing it have someone else reputable do the work. Here are the alternative options: Go to the dealer: The dealer will just put another module in with the same crap screen that will fail in a few years and charge you $1000 for parts and labor. Go to a mechanic: An independent mechanic will probably charge around $500 to put the screen in for you if you bring it to them.

The screen is hazy and when the sun is on it you can’t even see what’s on it.

Amazing! I was quoted $1000 to $1500 to replace my screen. I purchased this and replaced it myself. It did take me about 2 hours to replace and reinstall but, it’s worth it! The screens very clear and I’ve had no issues at all and saved over a thousand dollars. Make sure you watch videos step by step as that’s very important. AND take your time! Also, make sure you remove the inner film in a clean area or dust will get stuck behind the screen ( I made that mistake and I see a couple dust particles) Otherwise it’s amazing five star hands down!
