MADELINE - THE COMPLETE COLLECTION DVD DVD

My kids love these dvds. Amazing price for such a big set of Madeline shows!

Oh to walk in two straight lines like the smallest one, dear Madeline!This collection of Madeline episodes is top-rate. Beautiful graphics. Great story lines. Imagination capturing. A great way to spend time -- adult or child. Seriously. I absolutely love this DVD.

I've loved this since I was a girl and hope my daughter will love it too. Such nostalgia for me.

This is one of the best cartoons I watched as a kid in the 90s, loved growing up with it as a kid. This was my childhood. I loved how the story would go about the life of a spunky little French girl who went on adventures with her friends and their beloved nurse like nun and others tending to the adventurous little girls lead by the red haired spunky titular character. I loved this series and I still do to this day. I can now keep another piece of my childhood with me and keep another good memory with me to my collection.

I watched this as a kid and enjoyed it, and now both my kids (5 and 2) love it. As a tomboy, I liked that the main character was a girl that is strong and smart and adventurous. The stories are fun, the songs are nice (not annoying), and my oldest has picked up a few French phrases from the show. This set is the entire series plus some hour-long movies. I've had no issues with the discs or playback so far.

I bought this set for my kiddos to enjoy and to “re-watch” all of the episodes that I grew up with and some that I’ve never seen before. My only disappointment with this purchase is that closed captioning options are not available on the discs. I have a family member that is hard of hearing and relies a lot on closed captions to enjoy watching tv.

If you want the Madeline collection on dvd, this is the item to buy. You cannot beat that price. I know the days of dvd’s are limited because it is far easier to stream content, however I was having a hard time finding this complete collection. It seemed cheaper, and in this case easier to just buy this. I bought it for my two year old, and she seems to enjoy the occasional episode (we don’t watch much tv)
