Everything said about this product is true. The privacy screen works amazing! I’ve dropped my phone multiple times and still no cracks! It doesn’t affect your screen and it works smoothly as if nothing were there. The screen fit my phone perfectly.

I purchased my first JETech Privacy Screen Protector for an iPhone SE2 a year-and-a-half ago and it is still in perfect condition: no scrapes or scratches, and the oleophobic coating (meant to repel fingerprint oils that smudge on the screen and make it easier to clean) is still working great! So when I purchased an iPhone 12 Pro Max, it was an easy choice to buy a new JETech Privacy Screen Protector for this device. The anti-spy feature of this screen protector does make the screen darker, but you can adjust the iPhone brightness to easily compensate for this. The advantage is that no one can see your screen from off-angle.Installation goes smoothly if you ignore the instructions. Instead, make sure the iPhone screen is perfectly clean (you can use the included cleaning wipe and lint-free cloth) and laying on a flat surface. Remove the protective layer from the JETech Privacy Screen Protector (on the side that will adhere to the iPhone) and carefully line up the bottom edge with the bottom of the iPhone screen. Gently lay the screen protector down on the iPhone screen from bottom to top, making sure it aligns with the edges properly as you go. Run your index finger up the middle of the screen protector from bottom to top. Any trapped air will release out to the sides of the screen protector and you will end up with a bubble-free installation on your iPhone!

This was purchased as a gift. After it came in, I installed it on that person’s phone. I didn’t get any bubbles or dust behind it when installing the protector, so it fits nice and flush on the screen. I read something about steaming up a bathroom once, not super wet, but just make it moist, then install your screen protectors. The moisture just keeps dust from floating around so you don’t get the bubbles or dust in between the protector and the screen.The screen is easy to see, but we did have to turn the brightness up on the phone because it does have a darker tint, which is no big deal since the brightness was only set at like half before that. I’ve viewed it outside with no visibility issues and I’ve never heard the person I bought it for complain about not being able to see it outdoors.From a privacy perspective, it’s decent. If you’re standing behind the person or kind of shoulder to shoulder, it’s kind of easy to see the screen. If you’re standing a bit further away though, you can see the light on the screen, but not what the person is doing on the screen. If you’re on an airplane, I think it would be hit or miss as to whether the person sitting next to you could see your screen or not.There are zero issues with the touch screen. I have a newer model iPhone without a screen protector and the touch sensitivity on my phone is worse than the phone with the protector.I would recommend this for anyone else. It’s a screen protector with decent privacy, and if I had to replace the screen protector for the person I bought this for again, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy this one again.

I will say to install this was easy and the visibility wasn’t what I expected. It does cover the entire screen which I have the 12 pro max and it did protect my screen after it feel on its face . The protector screen did crack as you see in my pics but my phone was protected. I would have loved if the privacy screen was more darker and it wasn’t. I’ve seen better ones. It’s ok as a temporary but not the best one. This cracked after having it for only about 2 weeks so didn’t last much.
