This cube has excellent turning and good corner cutting. While it does lock up a lot, it is easily released and does not hurt times all that much. I haven't felt like it was about to pop at all, very stable, and it it quite tight while easy to turn. When I opened the box of this cube, it really was very poor and felt very sandy, but after a few solves it started to get better and now it is easily my main. The only thing that irritates me about this cube is the logo on the center of the white face, but it really isn't that much of a problem, and I can't find any problems with the physical problem in solving. As well as this, the color scheme is correct, and all the shades and tints of the colors are the same as in the pictures. Overall, great cube, and it is amazing for the price.

Edited to add further:: we bought this in 2022, it’s now the end of 2024 and it still is easily one of our favorite pieces. It’s durable and it’s hit our driveway a few times on the way to the car and never faltered. It still moves well and still well loved! —————————- My husband needs something to keep his mind active at all times, so he went with rubix cubes. He master the 3x3x3 cube and can solve it within a minute. So he was looking for other options. This one caught his eye and so we ordered it in excitement. It came fast and when he opened it and started moving the pieces, he immediately commented on how it easily moved and it was his favorite part of it. Since ordering this a few months ago, it has lasted and not come apart. Despite our 5 children constantly grabbing it and ‘messing it up’ for their dad. Or accidentally dropping it. And it still easily moves. 5/5 stars and highly recommend this if you’re looking for a rubix cube to keep your attention better.

So, this does turn fairly easily, but with it being a budget option with no magnets, I find that I'm constantly overturning when I'm more in the mood for faster solving. Now, that overturning I'm referring to is slight overturning, and since I don't think it has good corner cutting, that overturning causes this to lock up just enough that it makes it difficult to solve with muscle memory. One thing I do like about this megaminx, though, is that it is easy to count rotations, despite not having any magnets. In order to achieve this, though, there is some extra resistance when you start turning... but I don't think most people will notice that and most people who will notice I believe will be like me, interested in a magnetic option. Overall, for the price, I feel that most people will be perfectly content with this option.

My daughter is really into Rubiks cubes so I got this challenging one for her and she enjoys it just as much as the traditional cubes. Goid size and design. Very sturdy. And smooth turns.

Man I haven’t messed with this style since early high school. This product is good quality. No stickers to worry about. Not too loose or too resistant. Makes a good addition to my collection. People always love seeing someone complete a Rubik’s cube or shape haha

My 12 yr old grandson loves this cube. Along with other various cubes, it keeps him busy on road trips.

I am a causal cuber and have no intention of being a speed cuber. I just enjoy solving the puzzle as it gives me something to do during breaks in the day or while traveling. I've recently been working up to the 5x5, having previously mastered the 2x2, 3x3, and 4x4. This 5x5 cube met my expectations and I am very happy with my purchase. I now have around 10 solves under my belt with this cube. Pros: - Very smooth and forgiving turning/cutting - Out of the box, this cube felt great (I didn't need to adjust/lube) - No stickers so there is no risk of the stickers coming off, sliding around, or getting scratched. The logo on the white center is printed and not a sticker which is nice. Cons: - I wish the yellow side was just a bit brighter. The product image here shows the yellow brighter than it actually is. It still looks good, but I have another cube with a brighter yellow which makes it easier to solve in a dimly lit room. I'm really happy with my purchase and I'm already looking forward to working up to the next cube (6x6).

Perfect cube. Indented corners make it easier to hold and spin. Little greasy upon opening but I’m glad they lubed it.

I like this dodecahedron puzzle. Very smooth operation, One suggestion: make white and another off-white colours to stand out a bit. They are too close in shades, so easy to make a mistake

Le prix est faible donc je ne suis pas étonné mais il n'est pas super. Il bloque à des moments, si vous ne cherchez pas la rapidité et que vous êtes patient il fait le travail.

Rapidité, commandé et reçu sur 2 jours. Fluidité des mouvements. Je recommande.
