This case is every bit as good as an Otterbox...better actually, since Otterbox cheaped out and doesn't have built in screen protection anymore. I've has this case for 4 years now and my phone has survived a few scary drops and being thrown without any damage. It's comfortable to hold, easy to work the buttons and no issues with the fingerprint circle. Not to mention the purple is very pretty. I'm back to order another case since the battery port cover ripped off today, but honestly after 4 years of being opened and closed it has lasted very well and I'm good with replacing it. Obviously it still protects the phone without the port cover, but I prefer keeping dust out of there. So since I keep my phones until they're literally on life support, I fully expect this new case to last until my phone is dust!

This case replaced a case I broke in the process of removing it from my phone. I had been looking for a new case since the one I had was getting pretty crappy and I liked this one. I got the purple which is the color of my phone. It took me a couple of days to get used to the color and the circle for the fingerprint but I love it now. For whatever reason I can't use the fingerprint access but that's ok. I have a screen protector that's pretty thick and since I've already broken one screen protector (I dropped the phone and it hit the corner of the hearth) I have no plans to remove the one that's on the phone now. It's nice to be able to take the phone out of the case and not break the case in the process. I also like the protector on the charging connection. I know most cases don't come with that but it really helps keep lint and other crap out of the connector. Overall I highly recommend this case if you are in the market for one.

I love this case, I'm glad I made this decision. The back is hard, and very well made. The bumper is a very smooth slightly gritty feel in the hand. The buttons are the same feel as the bumper, with the power button slight longer than the volume, for distinguishing. The screen casing hugs the front of the phone like a glove, and is a metallic red, creating a nice stylistic flare to the case (just like the metallic red lines in the back along the sides of the hard plastic.) The only downside to this case, and it doesn't take away from the quality of it, it's just a person gripe, is the plastic screen protector is very prone to fingerprints. The upside to the screen protector is the quality and the fingerprint reader adhesive cirlce... the adhesive clings effortlessly to the screen... you might still have to firmly press it to assure functionality however. I paired this "Ruddy" case with my red S20 FE & the translucent Black Smoke popsocket (purchased on Amazon as well). 👌🏼

I like that it fits well and sturdy. What I dislike is everytime I unlock my phone, it vibrates. At first, I couldn't figure out why it keeps vibrating when I unlock my phone. So I took the case off, turn off the screen then unlock it, it don't vibrates which is strange. It's annoying that it vibrates everytime I unlock my phone. I went in the settings to figure out how to turn off vibration when unlocking my phone but its still doing it and nothing I can do about it. Other than that, it's a good phone case.

This case has held up very well, it protects my phone and still fits without any wear and tear - it still looks new. I'm very happy with this product.

After returning two cases (from different manufacturers), I purchased the case I already had but got a different color. Thiis case provides FULL protection for the phone. It really is easy to install. The back case is soft rubber yet very protective. The front is a snap-on with a built-in plastic protector, not those sticky kind that leave bubbles on the front screen. I wish they came in more colors, like royal blue, but maybe someday the manufacturer will expand the color palette. Very pleased!

Love these cellphone covers...have dropped phone onto concrete many times of course by accident...never had a screen Crack or phone break!!!

**UPDATE March 3, 2021** I've only had this case for 2 full months now and I am starting to see some issues. 1) The screen scratches pretty easily. I've noticed that my natural nails sometimes scratch the screen when cleaning with a microfiber cloth and I don't understand why. I DON'T wear fake nails, again, NATURAL NAILS are scratching the surface and I keep the tips rounded, not square. I also noticed my debit card scratched it once when I slid my card across the surface. I checked my card and found no sharp points or edges so I'm also unsure about that one. 2) The soft plastic around the edges of the case are showing signs of wear but nothing out of the ordinary yet. 3) There are little pieces of dust or debris getting underneath the case on the bottom back and top right corner. I haven't taken my case off since I put it on. I wonder if it's getting into the little cracks where the ear speaker is located on the front above the camera and also between the tiny space between the case and around the back cameras are. I am unsure but it's good to note it. Aside from these issues it's still been a pretty good case and overall I've been please. The most annoying fact is how easily the plastic scratches on the face and it's not like I can buff them out or remove them. Dust I can remove but scratches cannot. January 2021: Case was easy to take apart and install, but does not come with cleaning wipes. I used a dust cloth that I use for my glasses and it worked just as well. Fingerprint scanner has given me no issues since putting on the case, I had set it up before putting the case on and also after just to be sure. I put the case on last night and noticed a tiny air bubble under the fingerprint circle but smoothed it out without problems. Please note that the cover for the charging port is a bit tough to keep open when plugging in charger, but that just means it's sturdier to me. The material surrounding the edges of the case is more like a soft plastic, but thick enough that it doesn't feel flimsy. The case feels pretty sturdy for the price and isn't terribly thick. We'll see how it holds up with consistent use. I'll update at a later date.
