منتج جيد و سهل التخزين. و يعتبر الحجم الكبير من الايجابيات التي تساعد أثناء عملية فرد العجينة.بالمقارنة مع طاولة الخسب التقليدية، يحتاج الى كمية اكبر من الطحين لمنع التصاق العجينة به.
