sumamente bueno sin embargo si buscas solo diseño organizacional a nivel configuración organizacional está muy sobrado
Increíble libro, te enseña una metodología para diagnosticar , diseñar e implementar un diseño organizacional óptimo en una empresa ya sea nueva o no, es un enfoque holistico que consta de módulos de diseño que se tienen que considerar para lograrlo, uno de ellos es la configuración (simple, funcional, divisional, matricial) y así como ese hay otros 6.Sumamente recomendado.Ejemplos de empresas como LEGO y MICROSOFT que ayudan mucho a ver que y cómo lograron diseños organizacionales óptimos.Muy recomendado, creo que aún así, pudieron haberle quitado un 30-40% y haberlo resumido más.

This is highly underrated book. With simple explanations using robust methodology,it helps to analyse the current state of organisation,how to find the shortcomings and detail action plan to implement any change that is required. The approach is holistic and comprehensive. Highly recommended!

Very well presented
This is a very useful book on organizational structure. It includes how newer theories affect structure, not simply a traditional view of structure. It uses a very helpful 2 by 2 framework to describe the various aspects of structure.
