How to age well
This is a very interesting and comprehensive book about how to look after your self better, so you can age well. The book is a paperback. Has 401 pages not including index and notes .A lovely quote I read in the book sums it all up nicely.Hold onto your torch.Do not go gently. Dont forget to laugh. Whatevers going on around you remember to laugh. The person who wrote about it talks about American this and that but we can take the concepts and put them into any society.THE BOOK COVERS Diet brain food, free radical, exercise and how important movement is. sleep, memory ,pain and how to live the greatest days of your life.ITs very comprehensive and it is abook that I LIKE TO DIP IN AND OUT OF.I recommend this book its an eye opener. ITS DIRECTED I THINK TOWARDS an American audience.

Essential book
Very informative, easy to read despite the highly professional subject. This book gave me answers to many problems I couldn't understand. I recommend everybody over 40. Also, younger readers could learn a lot about problems caused by aging parents, grandparents. Tons of misconceptions cleared and explained. Although I am 74, my approach to fellow oldies has significantly changed. Absolutely great book. Don 't miss it.

Excellent read, so informative and enlightening
Iām approaching 60 and looking to change the direction of my life, with semi retirement, and this book gives me so much confidence that that best years are still ahead of me.Yes, it does get technical sometimes, but the messages are still always clear. Positive, balanced and eye opening, this not a self help book, but does generate ideas aplenty.Highly recommended for anyone who feels daunted approaching 60+....
