I like the exercises in the book, but wonder if it would not be better to have more exercises per diagnosis in separate books. I use these homework assignments in conjunction to a list of apps. Many clients don't take full advantage of the capability of what they can put on their phones. Like for example, their next appointment and reminders to do their homework assignments before the next session!
