I have used Waterdrop filtration systems before. I have a 2-stage whole house and added this one to it for drinking water. Super easy to install. Took about 20 mins because my sink already had the correct hole for the included dispenser. If you are a fan of spring water, this is the filter for you. The water has almost zero taste and reminds me of Zephyrhills. Waterdrop also sells a re-mineralizer filter, which adds minerals and, I assume, will make it taste more like purified water.

By complete chance, I happened to come across this style of water filter. In the past, my wife and I used Brita filters (we really did not like the waste of water bottles), and they worked but it was always a hassle to constantly fill them. And because of this I was not drinking enough water (really out of laziness), which I need to due to a treatment I am currently receiving. Anyways, I happened to discover this brand and after reading the good reviews, ordered it. Installing it was fairly easy, it took me a bit longer than others probably because I live in an old house and the fittings are pretty old on the existing water line so they were a bit more finicky. However, the instructions provided were easy to follow, and the installation was pretty simple. The water itself, let me tell you, tastes AMAZING. I thought some of the other reviewers were exaggerating and I did a blind taste test on my wife and by FAR the water out of this filter tasted way better than the tap water and even far better than the Brita water (the Brita water still had a tap water aftertaste to it). The water from this filter tastes honestly like bottled water, its fantastic. I saw some reviewers saying they didn't taste a difference and I don't understand that at all. They must have some amazing tap water then, but here in San Antonio TX, the filter made a huge difference. The faucet that comes with the filter is also really nice and looks great (and works great too, nice rate of flow). The coffee and tea that we make with the water also tastes much better and I would imagine that when we make soup (which we used to make with tap water) it will taste even better too! Also the cost is really reasonable considering how much we spent on those Brita filter replacements, and I would imagine it will last much longer than a year at our current usage. $20 for a replacement filter that lasts 8,000 gallons is a really good deal. Never thought I would be this excited about a water filter system; I wish we had this years ago. If you're on the fence about it, I really highly recommend it. From what I have read, the company has a great return policy so you really have nothing to lose!

We decided to go with the Waterdrop 17UB and so far it’s been a noticeable difference..Installing it myself wasn't bad ,the directions were not the best but you can search YouTube and get some tips.We used the location where we had a soap dispenser so we didn’t have to cut a hole .One thing that I want to point out on this particular model was the 3way part or (T) was metal,Not plastic, and was the deciding difference from some other models in the same price point.Bottom line is we think it was money well spent and overall a pretty easy install.I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because I thought it should of came with the screws to mount it and the pipe tape to secure your connections .

The taste of the water is obviously better after use, and the service life is very long,It can be used for three years. It is also very convenient for me to install. This is a good product so I often recommend it to my customers.

I'm extremely happy with my water filter system! Easy installation, Great water quality & performance!! I no longer buy/carry gallons of distilled water home at 76! My water tests wonderful for my coffee, my fur-babies and drinking! I needed to replace the valve and they sent one ASAP! Plus, kept in touch! I'd given this company a "10" if I could!!

I purchased this filter system in March of 2023. It was relatively easy to install, considering I have zero plumbing experience and few tools. My family of 4 drink a LOT of water. We love this filter because it makes our tap water taste great and has a very good flow rate.A couple of weeks ago, a year into owning the system, the filter started making a noise and had significantly reduced output. I replaced the filter cartridge (for the first time since I purchased the unit) but the problem persisted. I emailed Water Drop customer service on a Sunday afternoon and received a reply within an hour. They provided some troubleshooting steps, and when those did not resolve the issue they shipped a replacement part to me at no cost. I installed the replacement part today and the filter is working perfectly again.Overall my experience with this product has been wonderful and I highly recommend this company.

When I got rid of my refrigerator with the water despenser in the door I really found out how bad the water here tasted. This 2 year filter was the same price as the 6 month refrigerator filter. The kit came with the dispenser, tubes, shutoff valve and very good directions. It fit into the soap dispenser hole and was very easy to install. It even has nice water pressure. I would recommend it to anyone.

We are on city water- we bought bottled water, tried a brita- this was the solution we were looking for! Reasonably priced and big difference in the taste of water. Definitely worth the purchase! Easy enough to install 👍

I recently installed the Waterdrop 15UB-UF 0.01 μm Ultra Filtration Under Sink Water Filter, and I'm extremely pleased with the results so far. The water tastes great, noticeably cleaner and with less "flavor" than our old filter system. The filtration accuracy of 0.01 μm ensures that almost all bacteria are removed, and the lead-free, BPA-free materials give me peace of mind about the water's safety.Installation was straightforward, although removing the old filter was a bit challenging due to incompatible hardware and lines. I had hoped i could just cut the old lines and install, unfortunately i had to uninstall the entire old system and replace everything. Our previous filter system was no longer producing fresh tasting water, finding replacement filter cartridges for it was difficult and more expensive than the entire Waterdrop kit. The Waterdrop system, however, features innovative push-to-connect fittings, making the setup a breeze, and changing the filter looks equally simple.The flow rate is impressive, providing a steady supply of pure, fresh water. Overall, this filter system is a fantastic upgrade, offering efficient filtration and easy maintenance. Highly recommended!The only thing that is yet to be tested is filter longevity, i will be pleased so long as the filter lasts at least 12 months. However our municipal water is pretty clean but has a strong chlorine smell to it so i feel like we should have pretty good results.

After more than 18 months of "research", checking every product on the web and talking with 10+ plumbers, I found this product which, on paper, seemed to be the "perfect" filter & faucet combination. And, miracle! It's been in use now for one month and it is EXCELLENT!!!

It was simple enough to install it in a few minutes, but I could not find a way to disconnect the hoses from the filter once installed. The way pictured in instructions does not work. I wonder what will I do if I'll need to remove them later...
