If you want the whole you buy the tech starter kit transformers
I was under the impression that he came with the rechargeable unit and charging cable. It was a little confusing. Turns out he doesn’t have any of the electronics parts with him. So I ordered what I thought I was getting and I did. And he likes it!! Now we share the parts between to techs.
