I recently purchased the G.R.O.W. Coaching Cards and they have been an excellent addition to my practice. Although I don’t offer formal coaching, I do a lot of 1:1 work and supervision, and these cards fit perfectly into that space. They are easy to use and well-structured, making them ideal for both beginners and those already familiar with coaching approaches. I have started integrating them into my supervisions and 1:1 sessions, and the impact has been noticeable. The cards help guide conversations, spark reflection, and create clarity for the supervisee. I’m a new coach and I’ve found these cards really helpful. They give me fresh ideas for how to frame questions and move the conversation forward, especially when I’m practising the GROW model. I’m even planning to stick some on my wall with Blu Tack in my home office so I can see them at a glance when preparing sessions.
