I don't remember it having a seal.

Does this burn/sting your face when you use it?

No, unless your skin is very sensitive or has open cuts-- it's never happened to me. Usually burning/stinging happens with irritating ingredients and acids, and this product has neither. This is much less irritating than other acne washes, but the benzoyl peroxide can be drying.

This is a cleanser and not a topical. You use it to wash your face instead of using soap. So - it is not tinted and doesn't need to be.

Is this crultey free ?

It says on the package that it isn't tested on animals, but it is tested on humans...my daughter ;)
