Audio issues
The audio is always scratched up in this. Either buy an extra jack to rca cable or if not live with the noise recorded with it. Better to save money and go with other branded product.

Advert totally Misleading, wrong product
The brand of product received (Easier Cap) is totally different from what's advertised (Easy Cap). Cheap product with low quality, no CD ROM included neither a manual...The seller shall advert real product details, not fake one just to gain money from costumer, please do the needful to correct your pages..

Buyer beware
Product displayed and product delivered were different. Delivered product is called Easier CAP and seems to be a cheap knock off from China. Also it does not work and the associated software is not the same as that advertised in the packing. I returned the product for a full refund.

Unable to use because I did not received the software CD
I'm really disappointed because I received the USB cable with no software CD, sadly I just wasted my time

Used it once and didn't work after. The device is outdated for modern computers. Overheats upon usage
