My son is 52inches. 53 with shoes on. Do i buy level 3 or level 2?

Level 3 starts at 54”. I would go level 3. Gives room to grow into set. You don't want to go too short.

Which set do you buy for a right handed child? Have little golf knowledge, buying for my niece.

You would buy the right handed set. There are a number of great options as far as brands go.
