Ich habe das Serum am 6. 12. erhalten und erst heute, 23.12. geöffnet, da ich noch ein anderes Produkt hatte. Das Serum ist abgelaufen und stinkt fürchterlich. Der Verkäufer konnte nicht kontaktiert werden. Der Chat mit dem Kundendienst verlief reibungslos und ich erhielt eine Rückerstattung.
