Can you return it if dont like it?

On Amazon you can, if you buy direct from Tempur Pedic, pillows are non refundable. Strangely this pillow is a lot cheaper buying direct, but if you don't like it, your stuck. Personally I only use Tempur Pedic pillows, but imho this is a ridiculously priced product. Tempur Pedic is using remnants memory foam and this should be priced lower for what it is.

How does this help migraines?

Having proper alignment can help with pressure pain relief from migraines but there’s no statistics attached to this pillow and migraines.

How much does cloud pillow weigh

I'm not sure how much it weighs. The Tempur products are heavier than normal pillows because of the foam they're made with. I had an older one that was a bit heavier than the new ones. I love them because they are very supportive and form to you. I've not had one neck ache since I started sleeping on them, and that's been over five years.
