I don't see any difference except the back/ gray layout and lighting key.

Can I use a headset with this?

Yes you can. Not sure if you are gonna need that 3.5 to 6.5 connector adapter tho. But thats a cheap part.

does this have weighted keys?

No. This is just a cheap beginners keyboard, but excellent motion. Weighted keyboards can only be found on much more expensive electric pianos. I would recommend Yamaha.
