Why is it available at 4 dollars in walmart and 8 dollars on amazon.

That is a very astute question.  These items are the same from wherever you get them.  Without being too negative, let me say that some people dislike Walmart and won't go there nor order from them.  Secondly, many customers like the convenience of have the items shipped to their front door.  It's sort of like the difference between buying a soft drink from a corner convenience store and buying the same soft drink from a big box supplier.  There is no difference in the product, just the convenience of availability.  So to answer your question, if you have the availability of purchasing the Axe Detailer Shower Tool from Walmart, then, by all means, do so.
