Honestly, another outfit. This fell apart after one wear. The costume is there but the sparkles all came off. The belt broke. I thought this would be a good dress up outfit but it was just disappointing. As for size, what I bought fit my then 8 year old who was in size 8-10 clothing.Sorry I couldn't be more help

Q: Does it come with tights?

Ours did not. It did fall apart after my daughter wore it twice. I was not happy with this product.
