Battery Failure and No Seller Support
Terrible product. The battery initially lasted two days, then dropped to one. Now, it only works when plugged into the charger. To make things worse, I can’t reach the seller for warranty support.

No me costó trabajo configurar y enlazar el iPhone con el reloj (solo seguir las instrucciones respectivas. Me falta probar y enlazar Alexa, pero por lo que veo será sencillo. Por lo demás que ofrece, es más completo enlazar además o bajar con la aplicación de SALUD (un corazoncito rojo) emite información adicional que la misma aplicación ZEPP.

Lot of Features. Easy to Use.
The watch was easy to set up. Just scan an image on the watch face and download an app to your phone. You can choose different faces and add information to track health data. The battery life is about 4 days and I wish it would give a better notice of a low battery than sending an email. It has Alexa, the weather and can play downloaded music. There is a lot of biometric data it can score and some you can track like your heart rate. It sits well on your wrist while exercising and seems to track the steps pretty well. I really like it.

Probably used or returned item
I have had a few Amazfit watches. This one came out of the box with zero battery and when I tried to pair with it, the Zepp app informed me that this watch had been previously registered. I had to do a factory reset to restore the watch to its original condition in order to pair with it. For the price, I am not really complaining, but it should be labelled correctly either as used or refurbished item.

Looks Great, All Promised Features Work Great
Very impressive fitness watch, especially for the price. All described features work as described and are reliable. The screen is vibrant and easy to read, and the touch screen functions are easy to execute - even with my fat fingers. The Zepp app is fully featured and easy to set up/use. The bluetooth interface works great and connects even when the phone and watch are in different rooms. Battery life is excellent (about 1 week) and it charges fast. I like the size - it's in no way large, thick, or clunky. The only issue I had was during workouts; arm movements and long sleeves could activate the workout pause - causing the recording of the workout to be interrupted. I did find a setting to correct this issue - there is a workout screen lock option that does the trick. All in all, 100% satisfied.
