This is the genuine article. it's made of really tough material and is sized to be able to reach any of the points on your back to apply pressure at certain points. Vous pouvez l'utiliser sur les zones qui en ont besoin de manière assez instinctives : marche 90% du temps pour moi. Pour les cas plus compliqués (parfois la zone douloureuse est éloignée du point à masser), ou pour aller plus loin avec des massages plus profonds et mieux ciblés, je vous conseille de vous aider d'un manuel sur les trigger points. L'ouvrage "Soulagez vos douleurs par les trigger points" est une excellente traduction du best seller traitant ce sujet mais il est aussi très exhaustif. Points positifs : - fabrication robuste. I bought the Body Back Buddy Classic today, and I was so impressed I had to leave a review right away. It comes in two pieces that snap together, which actually makes it really easy to handle and store, but once it’s assembled it feels solid and well-built. I wasn’t expecting it to feel this sturdy, especially for something that breaks down like that. I used it right away on some pretty stubborn knots in my back, and it worked better than I expected. It made it easy to reach spots I normally can’t get to on my own, and I was able to really target tight areas instead of just vaguely pressing around. I even used it on my teres minor, which is usually hard to isolate, and it helped loosen things up quickly. After just a few minutes I could feel a real difference in tension. For something I just picked up today, I’m genuinely impressed and already know I’ll be using it regularly.

If you haven't owned something similar before, buying this can feel like a gimmick, but I trusted other reviews which said the same thing, and bought one anyway… I have to admit I'm impressed by how well it works. You put it exactly where you want, and apply as much pressure as you want for as long as you want. It's very easy to use and it's pretty rigid, but actually it has a little bit of flexibility as well, which turns out to be really useful. You can plant it in a position, and then just shift your bodyweight slightly, back-and-forth, and the slight flex feels just like someone's digging-in little circles with their thumb… You can actually massage yourself with this thing. Mine arrived just as I was pressing my shoulder blade up against a doorway, trying to find a way to deal with an agonising knot. This is a much more civilised and effective way to deal with that kind of pain. Another reviewer said "just buy it" … I'm glad I did. Some weird looking contraptions are genuinely helpful.
