I have had a large size plastic cutting board for many years and use it mostly for cutting things like large pizzas. But over the years, it has developed a bad warp and I've had to put something non-slip under it to be able to use it safely. So I decided to try a Winco CBBN-1520 Cutting Board, 15-Inch by 20-Inch by 1/2-Inch plastic cutting board. It arrived very quickly and is quite thick and heavy. I don't see it warping anytime soon! Plus, it was a good value for the price. Highly recommended. I hope this helps!

Holing up nicely under light home use

Was looking for a big board to work on and keep my knives from getting dull. This board feels good when working on it. I love the thickness, it just feels good. However, you'll need BIG sink to clean it - so measure before you buy. It'll be nightmare to clean if your sink is not big enough to fit all of it in. Bare in mind - it's BIG. And slightly heavy (an advantage and disadvantage...)
