I was recommend to take this supplement as a natural alternative to prescribed mood enhancers. I like that this also has the extra benefits of supporting my immune system as that is also something I am prone to have some challenges with. The pills are average size, easy to swallow and due to them being a capsule they don't 'powder' in the mouth when taking. No side effects or after taste as I've found with some other supplements and I noticed an improvement after a few weeks of taking in both my general mood but also I haven't been feeling as run down especially i the afternoons as much - so in my opinion, it works well!

My doctor suggested to me that I take more l-lysine because I don’t get a lot of it from my diet. I exercise a lot as well and my body needs it for both muscles and bones. For a 2 month supply, I think the price was reasonable. The capsules aren’t too large and are easy to swallow.
