has anyone tried to fit this into a 1660?

They don’t fit. Panel is larger than the lid.

It says the weight is 9.18 pounds. What is the actual panel weight?

Sorry I should have specified that the panel that fits the 1660 Case is 3.9 pounds. Not sure about the other versions.

What is the thread on the screws? And can you switch it for a Machine screw the same size to use for different application and still use the latches?
