Tutu Skirt as Well as Petticoat Above Knee Underskirt Tulle Crinoline Slip

This is a high quality piece! Bought for a my daughter to wear under her Easter dress and it provided good volume. The materials are soft and it's well constructed so she can certainly wear it as a sort of skirt too. Great value.

For anyone saying it isn't full enough, it arrives in a vacuum sealed pack. You have to take it out of the pack several days before you plan on wearing it. Shake it out really well and leave it hanging up. Mine is nice and full. I absolutely love it. If you want a mid length crinoline for a more square-dancing or 1950s skirt, this one won't be long enough.

Been looking for a quality fluffy short dress petticoat that actually fits my larger frame. I’m 6ft, 280 lbs, (49,38,49)This fits but is only 2 layers. The one I loved most but was slightly too small for me was 3 layers. The drawstring is also fake, it’s just a ribbon sewn on that you can tie in a bow if you want. Just for show but not functional. I prefer functional design so I took off one star for these two reasons. Also, the tulle isn’t as soft as some of the others I’ve tried.

Every other manufacturer claims one size fits, WRONG. Only two that I buy costumes (for all size performers) actually have correct sizing. Shimaly and Grace Karin. Both have very short to floor length. Both use good quality material, Shimaly has a more eclectic line. Shimaly say the L/XL will stretch to 50 in, and they DO! The material does not bleed when washed (just be careful, cool cycle for first wash). Most of the time the costumes returned to the department have the bow tie and liner removed . Don't fall for one size crap, buy the S-L small to large 2-16 or the XL to 3 XL size and your performers, or YOU will be happy.

I ended up getting this petticoat as well as the Shimaly "Women's Princess Layered Puffy Skirt Mini Tutu Skirt Short Petticoat". This one is QUITE a bit more fluffy and voluminous. The quality and construction seem to be good to me. I have a 47" waist and the L-XL fits me with several inches of stretch left in the waistband. If you want a more subtle amount of poof, I recommend the other listing. If you want to go full on fluffy mode, go for this one. I'm happy with it for sure!

I bought this to go under one of those cute Christmas-print dresses you get on Amazon. I am "Amazon Size" XL and I bought this item in L-XL. It fits perfectly and is also the perfect length under my dress. The lining is a little short for my preference. That said, I would absolutely buy more colors from this brand.

The media could not be loaded. im not too mad tbh. didn’t matter much that it was superrr wrinkly when it came bc i just put a dress over it anyways. my best friend and i rlly needed a petticoat under our prom dresses bc super last minute we realized that our dress was not nearly as poofy enough without them. they arrived in two days which was faster than it said it would so thank goodness. our only issues is that my friend and i are on the smaller side and we both needed to pull them wayyyyy up to our ribs and tie something tight around it to make our dresses look ok since the ribbons don’t actually cinch which is pretty weird bc it’s “just for decoration” but you’re just gonna put a dress over it anyway, would’ve been supperrr useful but whatevs. was pretty disappointing since i ordered a small and it fits like a medium on us :/. in the video i didn’t do anything to it but it looks so much better if i tie it. i knew beforehand that the ribbons didn’t work but i thought since i ordered a small it wouldn’t matter, i was wrong… my friend and i are the same height and she’s like around 95lbs if that matters
