EMSAClip & Close, Rectangular, 365 Ounces

I am so glad I finally dug through my amazon purchase history to find out what these containers were called, because I didn't even think to and this has been the only great container I've had and it recently broke (I dropped it one too many times). The fact that the seal is bound to the lid means no gross cleaning up into it, unlike many of these types of containers. My biggest gripe with them? They don't have ANY branding on the containers otherwise it would have been much simpler to find them again.

This is the highest quality plastic food storage container that I have ever used. Most importantly, Emsa Clip and Close are BPA FREE and nontoxic. Compared to the American made alternatives, the quality and functionality of Emsa is superior. These are airtight and watertight. I use one to keep humidity out of medical supplies during our hot humid summers. This is a very large container.

Very nice!!! Using this item for laundry additives to not absorb moisture from the air. I wish they were sold locally.

My favorite container!

I got this for my salads, so sick of buying lettuce etc., and then finding after a few days they are limp and ready to throw away. I got this to put my salads in, thought it would extend the life of lettuce etc., for a few days but have had some in their for over 2 weeks and although I have opened it and taken some out, dried some of the water then put it back, still it is fresh. The only thing that would have helped was a drip tray in the bottom to have taken some of the condensation but that said it works like a charm.

Ich habe mir die 10,8 Liter Box zur luftdichten Aufbewahrung von 3D-Drucker-Filament gekauft.Leider ist es bei den auf Amazon angegebenen Maßen so, dass der breiteste Teil gemessen wird und ich habe nicht bedacht, dass der Behälter nach unten schmaler wird.Eigentlich wollte ich darin 4-5 Spulen Prusament (Durchmesser jeweils 19,9 cm) mit Silica Gelkugeln gegen Feuchtigkeit lagern, bekomme aber nur 2 Spulen unter, siehe Bilder. Die Spule ragt oben ca. 5 cm über den Rand hinaus, wenn man sie nicht längs in die Box geben will.Das Produkt an sich ist top, diese Rezension sollte lediglich eine Info für andere sein, die darin Filament lagern möchten.

Ich hatte immer Angst vor Lebensmittelmotten. Entweder welche, die so in meinen Mehlvorrat reinfliegen, oder welche, die ich von der Mühle mitbringe. Ich backe unser Brot komplett selbst und habe einige versch. Mehle. Das wäre die Katastrophe! Damit ist jetzt Schluss!Warum hab ich mir die nicht schon lange gekauft. Durch Zufall bin ich auf die Dosen gestossen und habe gelesen, dass da doch recht viel Mehl reinpasst. Und ja... 5kg passen rein. Die Dosen sind super zum Stapeln, sind absolut dicht. Kleiner Nachteil.. sie gehen schwer zu, aber das ist ok, das ists wert.

Sehr hilfreich, wenn man Zeug lagern möchte, das man nicht täglich braucht. Sie sind robust und lassen sich gut stapeln. Luftdicht, viechersicher. Es passen ca. sechs Kilopackungen Mehl bzw. 500g-Packungen Nudeln hinein oder acht 500g-Packungen Haferflocken, so ungefähr, je nachdem wie kompakt die Lebensmittel verpackt sind. Man kann natürlich auch alles mögliche andere darin lagern, daher habe ich inzwischen mehrere von diesen Kisten. Bei der allerersten ist mir sofort beim ersten Öffnen eine der langen Klappen abgebrochen. Das sollte nicht passieren ... Bei allen anderen gab es aber bisher keine Probleme. Ich finde sie gut. Nur teuer sind sie ...
