Mori-Nu: Firm Tofu Silken 10.8 oz, 12 boxes

Happy with my purchase. The shelf- life date is one year from my September purchase. Good to go! I love the texture - it doesn’t break into pieces when trying to take the tofu out of the little box. There are no small pieces left in the box.Had many orders of the extra firm tofu of the same brand. I didn’t check the shelf-life dates and they were EXPIRED by two months. I could have gotten sick since I did eat some. Now I check the date before opening.This one is perfect! No smashed boxes either.

so adaptable and healthy

Although we prefer firm tofu for entrees, Moro nu is perfect for tofu scrambler, tofu salads … and we mix it with “Just Egg” to give texture to our VEGAN scrambled “eggs”. We always have it on hand! Nice shelf stable addition for camping; emergency food kit too.

Perfectly fine tofu in a convenient and easy to store package.However, I would never classify this as "firm" in any way.Next time I'll try the "extra firm" and hope it's better.

Price comparable to store. The silken texture worked great in my vegan chocolate mousse!

This tofu is fresh, and silky smooth. It’s easy to incorporate it into all kinds of cooking and baking. I love that it’s in bulk, so I have it on hand whenever needed. The expiration date is far out, I have no concerns that it’ll expire before I am able to use it up.

Not 12.3 ounces. Only 10.8 ounces.
