There is no british 3 pin plug included. it is a two pin plug. how do i use ie please??

The supplier must provide a british 3 pin plug it can be a converter 2 to 3 pin they must supply this by law, other wise it is not fit for purpose. We had a 2 to 3 pin convertor with our mixer. If no joy with the supplier contact Amazon support. Regards Eric

The page clearly says number of lithium cells - 7 And Batteries contained in equipment, which is highly misleading information.
