retention clip trick
Definitely a trick to use retention clip. was on point of returning when wife suggested lifting the clip handle, not squeezing and voila it now works a dream.

mixed blessing
Gives reasonable security for expensive hearing aids, but the loops holding the aids are not as secure as they could be, and cover the tiny buttons making volume adjustment difficult. A bit of a compromise.

Does not fir in the way described.
Useless piece of equipment that is cheaply made with inadequate fittings which do not fit over the hearing aid in the way described, in addition the clip to secure it to clothing and therefore supposedly prevent loss - does not clip onto anything other than a very lightweight material, so useless with jumpers or any outdoor clothing.

Disappointing
It was supposed to come with three sizes of loops to hold the hearing aid, but only one was supplied. The plastic clip to attach the lanyard to clothing was absurdly fiddly and awkward to open. Totally unsuitable for elderly people, which many customers will be.
