Apple iPod Touch, 64GB, Space Gray (6th Generation) (Refurbished)

Works great straight out the box. I bought this device to replace my iPod nano 16gb that I’ve had for ~10 years. We’ll see how it holds up. Fingers crossed🤞🤞

We bought this iPod for my 12 year old's birthday because iPods are discontinued. The only way this iPod functions is if it is plugged in to a charger- otherwise it's dead. The glass screen isn't flush with the device like it should be (it appears to be loose), and the communication apps don't function (yes, we've tried a factory reset). There are a few apps that will still function with this generation of iPod (which is obviously not the seller's fault). For the record, were pleased with how many games were still available, but that has nothing to do with the device itself. This ipod isn't worth the money.

Have to start it every time I get in the car, my old iPod stayed connected and didn't require all the steps.

My former Apple ipod where I just store my music on just came apart and I was looking for a replacement since Apple is not making this the ipod anymore. I rarely buy refurbished items but this was on Amazon and I have always have no issues with the products I buy here. What was great was the IT support for the ipod I purchased. The first time I called and the Amazon Rep could not answer me so she got Apple on-line for me. The second time I called the Amazon Rep was very knowledgeable and figured out the issue and I was able to store all my music from my computer on the refurbished ipod. The color is not what I would have picked but I wanted the extra storage this ipod would provide me with. Extremely happy with my purchase as well as the IT support that comes with it!

I finally remember to submit a review in hopes of saving many of you some of your hard earned cash. I only purchased this because I misplaced my originally ordered iPod that never gave me problems and would hold a charge for 7 days. For 2 weeks I thought I had a steal. After that the charge held maybe 3 days, and now I have to charge it every day just to get through one hour of use. Sometimes it shows 100 percent on the charge, but once it's turned on it will turn on and off repeatedly until the battery dies. I never know if it will work or not. I do not recommend this product.
