It is mentioned on the box that once heated, the temperature lasts for 2 to 8 hrs but it lasted for only half an hour.

المنتج جيد ولكنه يصبح ساخن جدا يفضل استخدام قطعة اخرى فوقها ، وعدم تسخينها لاكثر من خمس دقائق لأنها تصبح ساخنة جدا وقد تحرق جلدك. رأيت منتجات مشابهة تباع مع غلاف خارجي اعتقد انها افضل في الاستخدام تجنبا لحرق البشرة عندما تكون ساخنة جدا

It has an odd plastic or chemical type of smell. It takes at least 30 mts to get little warm. No much heat. Better use a normal water pad.

Disappointed

Ordered 2 of these and received one without a charger to heat up the pad with and the other pad was wet as if it had previously been filled with water and drained. Really shoddy packaging as well. Very disappointing!
