No Bull L-Glutamine Tablets

I am a new supplement user, never bought any in the past and I am a penny pincher. I did a lot of reading on supplements and compared ingredients for about 2 weeks before I made a purchase of any supplements, I went with Raw Barrels because it was just simple ingredients and is double the dose of the popular supplements. So I am on my 3rd maybe 4th purchase now let me tell you why I continue to purchase. I started July 4th 2017 at 244lbs and hadn't done any exercise sense leaving the Army in 05 and had 42% body fat. Decide for the change, researched and executed. 5 months later I'm 195 and 20% body fat. I wasn't sure if these bcaa and glutimen were really doing any thing the first month or two , how much was it helping, by the end of the second bottle I took almost two week break. I thought why spend the money my gains were just from my efforts alone , let me tell you by the third or forth day of not taking them started to notice greater fatigue in work outs, by the 6-8 day I noticed my intensity was down and I'm super sore, where I did not want to work out at all..By the tenth day I placed an order and haven't noticed any of those symptoms, I feel energetic and ready to go the next day because of the proper recovery I believe helps kick start to peak development. I take 2 first thing in the morning and two after workout with my protein shake. I noticed a difference in my workouts with out it and by month 4 those gains really stuck out to me and to others getting compliments on my transformation daily. I say all this to let you know do the research and give this stuff a try. I am reaching new PRs every 2 weeks or so and I think you will see the results also. The glutimen mentions helps with leaky gut. Let me tell you by the end of the first month I did not have my severe stomach pains at all any more, was worth that alone.

Is a great product.

I love these glutamine tablets! I used powder form before and tablets are much easier for me as I don't have to worry what liquid to put it in. I'm super sensitive to the taste and even though the powder is virtually tasteless I had to take it with juice to not feel the flavor at all, but like I said Im extremely sensitive to taste and smell. As a person who never used any supplement of this kind before starting my workout routine beggining of this year, I definitely feel the difference when I take glutamine. I feel much more energetic and overall better. Im very happy with raw barrel supplements and I will continue to use this brand. I highly recommend this product!

All all amino acids should have B-6 mixed into the pills. B-6 helps with absorption. The pills are pressed well and it came quickly. I ran out of L-Glutamine about 6 weeks ago and I could really tell that my running legs were suffering. I run every day -- ~40 miles a week. This product did help me get some life back into them again. By the way, L-Glutamine helps with keeping your blood sugars level and also helps with alcohol cessation. BUT - this product would work better with B-6.

Does what it is supposed to do, well. Especially for alcohol recovery/hangover/withdrawal, this supp, in conjunction with a few others, work SO WELL... To those that not only "drink" but "drank", this is the "cure": - B-100 Complex - L-Glutamine (quality glute, like this one) - Milk Thistle (quality milk thistle, like UltraThistle) - at least a 16oz bottle of water Thank me later.

Awesome product. I feel a difference between weeks I take it and weeks I don't. So I'm definitely not going to be without it again! I also love how it's a big milligram so u don't need a lot of pills. Love this product and brand! The customer service is also very kind and caring but not too pushy.

Seems to work

Thank you Raw Barrel. I bought your BCAA's and your Glutamine and it helped me complete a 6 week challenge. I lost 22.4 lbs. and 9.4 lbs of body fat. It also helped me gain 2 lbs. of muscle. Going to need to resuply soon. Thank you very much for making a great product.
