Can I use this with a 12 volt lead acid battery?

It doesn’t specify that it can. They only speak of Lipo and Nimh batteries.

Will this work with a 24v battery?

The max voltage for that esc is 11.1 volts or a 3s lipo battery

Rebuilding my (ecx torment 1/10 2wd) will this esc work with a dynamite20t and 7.2v nicd 2000mah battery or do i need something else? thanks

It will work fine. I'm pretty sure these are the ones ECX uses for their brushed stuff now. It has switchable low voltage cutoff for lipo ,so you can run nicad ,nimh or lipo with it. And you can go all the way down to a 15 turn brushed 540 motor

great brushed ESC for not much money..

wow.. what a great little esc! I had a couple brushed motors laying around and decided to put one in my son's 2wd race buggy. 27T pro stock motor with a 22t pinion was PLENTY FAST.. in fact, I had to turn the throttle endpoint down to about 55%. we raced it today and It was great. I took the car out for about 10 minutes worth of hot laps on a 4200mah 2s lipo. super performance..liked it almost better than my brushless setup in my own 2wd buggy. Servo is plenty fast getting 5.94 volts according to my ohmmeter.. Easy set up, plenty of power, just enough drag brake, brakes work well.. great features and overall a super value. Hobbywing has knocked it out of the park with this. 60amps, waterproof, excellent fit finish and really great instructions.. I will be looking to buy more of these for my other brushed motor cars.. nice job hobbywing!

Muy buen Esc, totalmente recomendable, lo monte con motor titan 550 y no tiene ningún problema, el Esc es muy pequeño por lo cual se puede acomodar bastante bien
