This unit is able to operate at a loud level and having its own battery is a boon. My only concern is the lack of base which is why I have rated it 4 stars the sound could be better. I still think it has merit and recommend it if you are more concerned with volume than sound quality.

I love this speaker as it louder and so light for something so powerful you can use it at bbq’s literally anywhere. One thing I hate is that if someone else’s phone is still connected to the speaker no one else can connect to it which leaves a big problem if the person is not around which is really annoying but overall it’s a very good speaker in my opinion:)

The media could not be loaded.  Got this for my son who has ASD and he really loves music, I wanted a simple to controlled system that really works well , no noise distortions even at max volume (32) , very pleased with this , its great value !

I like that this is mains operated. The sound is perfect for bbqs outdoor parties (inside too) the legs that flash to the music just adds that finishing touch. Arrived very quickly and well packaged

I read previous reviews and thought this was battery operated and had CD player but it’s not, there is another model available so double check if that’s what you are after!! Sound quality is decent enough for house parties but not 400w,100w is still loud and can feel the bass!! Loud enough to piss the neighbours off 😂I ordered 1 but couriers some how lost it, electro emporium gave me full refund so ordered another and it turned up in a couple of days 👍🏽

bought as a gift my son is really happy with it and the lights added bonus it plays cd's he still likes his cf collection so was a perfect gift.
