Best suited for compact cameras

Easy to use, it is very lightweight but sturdy. Can hold my Sony a7Riii with the 17-28mm tamron lens and it’s perfect for vlogging. Even my videos are more stable. Definitely recommend.

I tried using a gimbal before on my Sony A7C II but balancing it was a pain so I returned it and got this grip instead. While it won't offer you the same stability you would get from a Gimbal, it is still better than shooting hand held and allows you to also shoot yourself if you're into vlogging. Setting it up took no longer than 30 seconds, you just go to your camera settings, scroll down to the end and under Bluetooth, look for Remote control, turn that on and you would get a prompt to start pairing immediately. At that point, press and hold the Photo button and the up arrow key and you would get a notification on your camera's LCD to start the pairing process. In case you were wondering, no, there is no way to turn it on or off, it is always on but it uses a CR2032 battery which is very cheap.

I love this tripod, it works perfectly with my Sony camera. I love that it is Bluetooth and you can use the tripod to record etc. instead of trying to fiddle with the camera buttons.

I use it on Sony rx10 iii and Sony rx100 iii and on Sony a7c for videos and even for photography pistol style grip is amazingly comfortable to hold and ‘c’ button can be customized Loved it

Others I know highly recommend this product however I couldn’t get it to stay connected so had to return for a refund.
