Q: Why 29 dollars and no pump, on tv 19 dollars w/pump

Yes you get the wedge and the back rest when you buy the 2 in 1. It also includes the electric pumps.

Q: Can this be used every night or is this just for travel?

I bought mine TO use every night and it developed a leak within a few months, so you could use it every night, just be gentle with it. If you tug and pull on it, it won't last long so use your legs to maneuver it under you. My lesson was learned! They aren't as tough as they look or feel. I will be buying them again at this price because of how high my legs are lifted. It is great for neuropathy and lymohedema.
