Easy to install. Fit, water flow, spray feature all perfect. Really sharp looking compared to the old one! Operates extremely well and like an expensive piece of hardware! So nice!

This is the nicest faucet I've ever had - design & function. The 'best of' reviews are correct! The pull-down is easy to use, easy to direct the spray. Low flow actually works! The control handle is easy to turn on or off with just a finger; nicely placed too. The clean design & stainless steel look great and it's easy to use. I'm afraid this is turning into a glowing report, but I'm pretty impressed, & no problems! I didn't install it but the plumber said that install was easy (I also got a new disposal, which he also installed; that made it much easier to install the faucet. Great plumber!)

I'm going to break this review down into 3 sections. What I LOVE about this faucet. What I LIKE about this faucet - and what can be improved upon with this faucet. Then a solid recommendation if you should buy this one or something else. First off, I want you to know that I've owned a few different brands of these touchless faucets... Moen and Delta are both household names and I've owned them both. But let's face it... If you weren't concerned about saving money, you wouldn't be on a Kraus Oletto's reviews-page. So, since you're here I'm going to assume you don't have money you'd like to burn. What I LOVE about this faucet: the color is a perfect match for what I was hoping for. It's also excellent quality and built well. I also loved the fact that is was easy to install and only the most basic knowledge of plumbing was necessary. And, I also loved the price-point Now to what I LIKE about it: It shipped quickly (in hand two days after ordering) and it was well packaged. It even came with the batteries for the sensor control box. I also like the fact that they specifically tell the installer where to place the weight so the nozzle gets back into place quickly and decidedly. However, there are several areas where this faucet could be improved. 1. There is a distinct delay from when you have your hand over the sensor and when the control box allows the water to flow. So much so, that you think the sensor missed your hand movement and you repeat it only to find it was sensed the first time and you just shut it right back off. The second thing that's a bit bothersome is that the physical handle must be in the "ON" position for any water to flow. In other words, the sensor ONLY starts or stops the water when the handle is set to the "On" position. If the physical handle is in the "Off" position when you swipe your hand near the sensor, you'll hear an audible "click" but no water will flow. The more expensive brands allow for water to flow whether the handle is on or off. So, would I buy this faucet again?? Absolutely - in a heartbeat. I can learn to live with the handle having to be in the ON position to get water. It looks high end, it's easy to install, and is solid. This is a definite "Buy" recommendation! But are there things they could improve upon?? Yes, that's true too. But for the price, it's a great grab!!

Have had it for a year and not only does it Look amazing, but also functions amazingly.. color is beautiful.. and there’s a matching filter tap too.. Slick and simple but durable..

Style over function here IMHO. KRAUS OLETTO HIGH ARC faucet Smooth, straight design of the pull down nozzle slips out of your hands without a really firm grip while wet. I don’t know how big man hands would avoid that button while gripping? Button feels weak. Flow does not maintain the last spray choice, reverts to full stream every time you turn it off and then again if the pressure is too low you only get solid stream. Spray option is too needle-like, causing splatter 🫟 everywhere while on full blast, which of course is pretty often. Plus points: love the height and especially 10.5” reach to center of my sink. Hubby says install was simple. Replaced with: PureTap High Arc Pull Out Kitchen Faucet (w/o digital temp display) LOVING it so far plus it’s about $50 less. Lost 2” of height and 1” reach and some of the modern, elegant design but its functionality and quality seem far superior. The PureTap button STAYS ON whatever spray you last used. It has the coolest diamond hex spray feature!!! Plus a turbo jet fan spray button you hold down to blast food off. Did I mention the DIAMOND 💎 HEX ♦️ spray feature!!! No splatter, just pure joy and beauty. Go watch their video! Buy the PureTap and WOW everyone! No, I was not paid by PureTap to say any of this. 🤓 Hubby is happy it only took two installs 🥰

Quality is pretty good, looks amazing, still works after a couple months of using it everyday. Just had to use the provided installation weight to ensure proper retraction of hose after use
