Great book
Easy to read, easy to understand, quick and to the point information that keeps you entertained.

Generic advice, good first time manager book
Got it for my boss as a gift, he liked it, noted the advice was structured as a problem-solution structure, he doesn’t read it much from what I hear, he says it’s a bit generic advice

Outdated and soft
Seems less than, ummmm.... modern. And frankly, pretty soft. Says that if you have an underperforming employee, you should give them another position more aligned with their interests and skills. WTH? How about I make them some camomile tea & give them a soft blanky? Yikes...
