Excellent quality product
The quality of the product is very good.memory form quality of both back support and head rest is very good. I have used both back support and head rest for one month now. First, don’t expect miracles from back pain relief right from beginning. You have to get used to the back support and it may take 2-5 days to get adjusted. Once you are adjusted it will be comfortable in usage. Well I have lower back pain. Adjust the back support such that bump of back support should support your pain area for better relief. This memory form gives excellent support to your pain area if adjusted correctly. After using for one month happy with the product. Also the customer support is very good. They respond to customers over support number and also on whats app.

I had a really nice experience purchasing this car pillow. I initially had ordered a bigger size and realized that it was not comfortable with my height (6'1''). Upon reaching out to Grin Health customer care team, they acknowledged my issue quickly and explained how they have different sizes for different heights. They helped me select the perfect fit for me which I've been using for more than a month now without any complaints.

Great neck support
I had tried a few other brands and models but was unable to find something comfortable, most of them stuck out too much and caused more pain. Then I recently bought the Grin neck pillow and was pleasantly surprised. It was the perfect width and supported my neck adequately. I feel like it corrects my sitting posture and makes driving comfortable.

Total scam!
These "ergonomic" chairs and pillows are a total scam! If you have back pain sit with pelvic tilt correct and lean towards the front while tilting your head backwards. Meaning your lower spine should be pulled onwards using the lower abs muscles. And lumbar and mid back spine curved forwards and chin tucked back. Also do hips rotation excercise and stretching.
